Serre Romani: "The Rosemary Hill"

A stony path, lined with endless vines landscape. The soil is black, the sun is blinding, there is a nice breeze with hints of “garrigue”. It's warm, water is precious.

Looking around you, you can see the castle of Quéribus, the Tautavel tower, Maury village. It’s the end of spring and we are disbuding our vineyard so that the bunches of grapes benefit from better exposure.
